The text provides a specific biography: born 1912, arrived in Congo 1928, and 'currently' (actuellement) operating in Luluabourg after 1937. The subject appears to be approximately 35-40 years old, which aligns with a date around 1947-1952. The printing style is consistent with mid-century colonial directories.
